Nicole Grossman is Asset Manager for ValueRock Realty. Her current responsibilities include over one million square feet of retail and office space, and over 150+ tenants. Ms. Grossman has over 8 years of experience in retail property and asset management and her primary focus is on preparing annual operating budgets, capital budgets, common area maintenance expense reconciliations, tenant lease compliance, and insurance obligations. With an excellent attention to detail approach, Ms. Grossman works closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and also supports the acquisition and disposition team to ensure a smooth transaction. She has been an integral team member since 2009 and has managed the transition and integration of all third-party property management contracts. Previously, Ms. Grossman worked for Festival Management Corporation assisting in the supervision of approximately fifteen retail properties in Northern and Southern California.
Ms. Grossman is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has completed all required courses to obtain the highly recognized CPM designation. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Grossman graduated from San Diego State University in 2007, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
