Tina Wang

Senior Vice President of Operations - Mainland

Tina Wang is Senior Vice President, Operations - Mainland for ValueRock Realty Partners.  She is responsible for leasing, asset management, property management, human resources and construction for ValueRock Realty Partners’ Mainland commercial real estate holdings encompassing more than 1.7 million square feet of assets.

She joined ValueRock in 2016.  Prior to joining ValueRock, Ms. Wang worked at the Boeing Company for over 27 years in supplier management, quality, engineering and finance.

At Boeing, she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies that addressed all aspects of the program lifecycle.  She led industry/Government groups to drive shared solutions and was responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical compliance on several space and aerospace programs.  She also led integrated product teams and root cause corrective action investigations to drive both short term and systemic improvements across programs and across the Boeing enterprise.  Ms. Wang’s experiences establishing technical and business direction to meet operational targets, developing and implementing cross-functional strategies with tools and processes to reduce risk and non-value added work, and drive compliance and accountability have equipped her with a unique skill set for improving operational efficiency in real estate operations.

At ValueRock, Ms. Wang has strategically reallocated property management contracts, implemented cost-savings, sustainability initiatives and process and property improvements.

Ms. Wang has been actively involved in real estate for many years as a landlord of multiple investment properties and an active HOA board member for multiple properties.  She also oversees and manages an employer pension plan for her family business.

Ms. Wang is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Ms. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
